This notice describes the limited website configuration prepared for VibeTrail's initial public release.
The limited release has no active contact form, contact database, accounts, payments, newsletter, analytics, advertising or profiling. The hosting service may process IP addresses, request details and security or operational logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
Selecting the email contact link opens your own email service. Messages are delivered to contact@vibetrailmedia.com through VibeTrail's controlled Namecheap Private Email mailbox. Your email provider and the mailbox provider process the message and associated delivery information.
Enquiries are used to read, route and respond to your message and to maintain necessary business or security records. Ordinary website enquiries are intended to be removed from the operating mailbox within 30 days when no longer needed, unless a legitimate business, legal, contractual or evidence requirement requires longer retention.
Vercel hosts the website. Namecheap Private Email supports the contact mailbox. These providers may process technical or message information in jurisdictions where they or their service providers operate, subject to their own terms and controls.
You do not need to email VibeTrail to browse the informational pages. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. Questions or requests about information sent to VibeTrail can be directed to contact@vibetrailmedia.com.
